Data deletion

TalkTake by YUNOLABS Inc. has no user accounts. Most data stays on your device, and you can delete it yourself.

Scripts, settings and free-trial history

Uninstall TalkTake to delete them. On iPhone, the free-trial count is also kept in the device keychain so that reinstalling does not reset it.

Recorded videos

Delete them in Photos (iPhone) or your gallery (Android).

Purchases

Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google. Manage them in your Apple Account or Google Account.

Installation identifier and support emails

Email hello@yunolabs.kr with the subject "TalkTake data deletion". We delete support correspondence within 30 days, except information we must keep by law. The installation identifier is random and not linked to you; uninstalling the app stops it from being sent, and update-service logs are kept by Expo under its retention policy.
