For questions about TalkTake, purchases or privacy, email hello@yunolabs.kr. Include your device model, app version and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private recordings.

1. Swipe the script up or down to find your place. This pauses scrolling; press Play to continue. Move the whole window using its top handle.
2. Voice activity scrolling detects microphone volume. Reduce Scroll speed if the script moves ahead, or reduce sensitivity if background noise starts it. It does not follow individual words.
3. Set Background opacity to 0% for a clear script window. Pinch with two fingers to change text size.
4. Allow camera and microphone access when asked, or later in your device settings. On iPhone, also allow Photos access when saving a video.
5. Restore a lifetime purchase from the purchase screen with the same Apple Account (iPhone) or Google Account (Android) that bought it. Apple and Google handle payments and refund requests.
