Scope and contact

This policy covers the TalkTake camera teleprompter apps for iPhone and Android and this website, provided by YUNOLABS Inc. For privacy requests, contact hello@yunolabs.kr.

Scripts, camera and microphone

Scripts and reading settings are stored on your device. The camera records video and the microphone records its sound. Voice activity scrolling analyzes microphone volume on the device; TalkTake does not upload scripts, recordings or microphone audio.

Saved videos

With your permission, the iPhone app saves videos to Photos and the Android app saves them to your gallery. You can delete videos there, change permissions in device settings and remove local app data by uninstalling the app. Photo libraries and device backups may keep separate copies.

Purchases

Apple processes iPhone purchases and Google Play processes Android purchases, including payment information. TalkTake checks the purchase status on your device to unlock or restore access. We do not receive your payment details.

App updates and technical services

To deliver app updates, the app contacts the Expo update service. Each request includes the app version, platform and a random installation identifier created by the app. This identifier is not linked to your name, email or store account and is not used for advertising or tracking. Downloads, updates and this website may involve Apple, Google, Expo and our hosting provider, which may process technical connection information such as your IP address under their own policies. Scripts and recordings are never included.

Support messages

If you email support, your email address and the information you send are used to answer your request. You can request deletion of support correspondence; information required by law may need to be kept.

Advertising and changes

TalkTake does not include an advertising SDK and does not use your scripts or recordings for advertising. We update this page when these practices change.
